Getting Started

1. Find the Bot

Search for the official Ainexa bot on Telegram:

• Bot name: @ainexa_bot (verify official account)
• Or click the link from the Ainexa web app

2. Link Your Account

1. Start a conversation with the bot
2. Click "Link Account" or send /link
3. You'll receive a verification code
4. Enter the code in the Ainexa web app settings
5. Confirm the connection

3. Verify Connection

Once linked, send a test message:

You: What's my balance?
Bot: Your portfolio total: $6,700
     - ETH: 1.5 ($3,450)
     - USDC: 500 ($500)
     - SOL: 25 ($2,750)

Using the Bot

Approvals

When a transaction needs approval:

Bot: Transaction Approval Needed

Action: Swap 100 USDC to ETH
Amount: 100 USDC → ~0.043 ETH
Fee: $1.20

Tap to approve or reject directly in Telegram.

Security

Verification

• Only link through official Ainexa channels
• The bot will never ask for seed phrases or private keys
• Verify bot username before interacting

Approval Security

• Transactions show full details before approval
• Time-limited approval windows
• Can always reject if unsure
• Revoke access anytime from web app

Unlinking

To disconnect Telegram:

1. Go to Settings in Ainexa web app
2. Find "Connected Apps" or "Telegram"
3. Click "Disconnect"
4. Optionally block the bot on Telegram

Troubleshooting

Bot Not Responding

1. Check your internet connection
2. Verify account is linked (send /status)
3. Try relinking account
4. Check Ainexa service status

Approval Not Received

1. Ensure notifications are enabled for Telegram
2. Check if you're logged into correct account
3. Verify Telegram is properly linked
4. Try initiating action again from web app

Link Failed

1. Make sure you're using the official bot
2. Generate a new link code
3. Complete linking within the time window
4. Contact support if issues persist
